GROWIA wants to open doors to the tech world. With their beginner-friendly courses, they are making it happen in the South Asian markets.
The brand is using Meta Ads to entice potential customers - Indonesians looking for a career change. I tapped into their common insecurities - lack of coding skills, experience and knowledge - and turned them into opportunities. Humor was a big part of it too!
Side note: I am no designer. I did my best though.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Dewi thought she would still be a teacher.
She teaches English at her local school. Her students love her and the parents are pleased with their children's education.
Her career is set in motion. She should be happy. She has everything she could hope for.
But she isn't.
Inside the four classroom walls, she looks outside and wonders about what could have been. When she was younger she was an ace at maths. The love for literature spoke higher.
She hasn't read books in a while. She's too tired from all the yelling, noise and disturbance. She comes home and just wants to sleep.
On an endless scroll, she finds a peculiar ad. One of a QA specialist course. She has no idea what that is, but it peaks her interest and she clicks.
It was the best click of her life.
She is instantly convinced. This is her pathway to freedom. Away from the parents' meetings, other teachers' complaints and loud students.
This is her door, a step in the right direction.
5 years have passed and she is now earning 3300$ as a Senior QA Specialist. One day, she works from home, another, from the local café, and sometimes she even takes vacations somewhere in the world and still works.
She tests software. That's it. That's what she does for a living.
