Purpose

APDMGP has, since 2014, fought for pregnant women's rights in Portugal. Their members not only support women's choices, but also advise policy makers on humanized births.

The #RespectedBirth campaign occurred throughout the country with several live events, sharing basic reproductive rights with all involved. The email sequence welcomed subscribers, updated and gathered all important information.

Welcome to the #RespectBirth Campaign

Hi, {fname}!

Welcome to #RespectedBirth, our national campaign on reproductive rights!

With CIG's financial support, we want to bring basic reproductive health rights to people who want to be pregnant, who are already pregnant, and those who until recently were pregnant.

That's not all though! We also want to reach the healthcare professionals who accompany these women on their journeys.

The campaign will unfold in several fronts until the end of 2023. We will have live events scattered throughout the country so there will certainly be one near you!

Here are the confirmed events:

LISBON | 8th Novemeber at 11:00 | Ajuda de Mãe Lisboa

BRAGA | 13th November at 14:30 | Associação Vida Norte Braga

Thank you for your attendance, trust and support

Hi, {fname}!

The #RespectedBirth campaign has come to an end.

We were in 16 districts, with 34 guides in 21 events, along with 167 participants! We also distributed 1900 dust jackets and 291 posters!

A true success!

We thank you, the one who made this a reality, and CIG for its financial support.

It was an honor to spread pregnant women's rights in Portugal so we can have more respected and humanized births.
